I am so grateful for this supplement. I wasn't sure what to expect. I start slow with 1 pill/day for several weeks to see how my body will respond. I noticed after a month my nails were stronger and growing long quickly. No more splitting 10/10. With that result and no negative symptoms, I started 2/day=1am & 1pm. After another month, I noticed a change in my skin, especially my hands, arms, and neck. I have a skin care regimen for my face so it's hard to tell if it's the serums or the supplement but my skin looks and feels tighter 8/10. With that result, I started the recommended dose of 3/day. I separate morning, noon, night. It's been another 2 months. I am starting to notice less hair shedding. I have over processed blond hair which was fine until I hit perimenopause, where it started to break and fall out. This supplement seems to be helping it grow longer. The results with my hair seems slower, I still see breakage, likely from the already weak & dead strands. I hope I am building stronger hair at the root now which will I expect to take time to appreciate 6/10. I rarely write reviews but in this case it's worth sharing the feedback if it can help others. I hope to keep these on these tabs on the market. I can't imagine going back to the nails and skin I had before starting these.

I love this product, buying over and over again. Do not like to mess with powders. My skin loves it too.

This has actually changed my skin. I am a fit-ish 63 year old and my upper arm skin was getting weird. I started wearing longer sleeves. 😭. I bought this to help my wrinkly hands but the place I 100% see a different is in my upper arms. It’s not weird and crepey anymore!

I have been taking these for almost two years. I have not noticed any change. But I have not aged much I am 58 years old.

I am impressed by the high quality controls that this Horbaach collagen supplement appears to have. It is non-GMO, and free of gluten, wheat, soy, lactose, and artificial additives. (That makes sense, being collagen from bovine.) It is packaged and lab tested under GMP in the USA from "ethically sources ingredients", though we aren't told where the bovine ingredients are from. This contains Verisol, their proprietarily developed bioactive collagen peptides for skin rejuvenation. I am less impressed by the amount of collagen actually present, that being on the low-end, with 2.5mg per serving. As well, this contains only collagen types 1 and 3. I do see benefit in this supplement. Even 2.5mg of collagen is thought to improve skin. Yet I wish it had a wider spread profile of other collagen types. I recommend that you do your research and decide for yourself if this has what you seek in terms of dosage and collagen types for your needs. I was fairly new to collagen when trying this one, and while these capsules are convenient and the company's standards are high, for me, this only partially addresses what I'm hoping to target in adding collagen to my daily regimen.

Within a month I saw a big difference in my skin texture and tone. This is worth every penny. The downside is you need to take three a day.
