So, my dog is a sixty-six pound Samoyed, and this costume fit him perfectly. (I also bought him a little foam sword to go with it.) It was not particularly uncomfortable for him to wear, since it's all fabric, and the crown part stood up really well. He got tons of compliments and attention and, for the price, this was just a super-awesome costume.

I got this for my 7 1/2 year old son. He's a little on the small side, can wear size 6-7 and this fit perfectly but this size would work for a bigger kid too. the only complaint originally was the head piece was itchy but after wearing it for a while he completely forgot about it. It was super cute and he got lots of compliments.

We paired this with a scepter instead of buying a sword because our 3 year old wanted to be a king. I saw some of the worries about quality, but I thought it seemed fine. I'm sure it would take a beating if it were worn frequently, but we bought it for trick or treating. He may wear it again for dress up another time or two, I suppose, but I was happy with the quality. Plus, it was comfortable enough that he wore it all night without whining even though it was a little warm out earlier in the day and cool out near the end of the evening. Good choice for a costume. (My son is 3, 32 lbs., and 3'6". The small was a little loose on him but worked just fine.)

We needed a king costume for our “King Charles” in a hurry, and this one was amazing in terms price and fast shipping. Plus, it matched the queen costume we already had. We had to cut some of it, do a little stitching here and there, and rework it for the pupper. I think it turned out pretty good.

Very cute costume. My son needed something for medieval day at school, and this was perfect. He liked the crown (the other kids were all knights or peasants, so he thought it was cool to be the king). The sizing guide was accurate. It seems sturdier than other cheap costumes I have purchased, about what I would expect in the $20 range. Would be nice if it came with a sword, but we had something we were able to use for that.

This costume was absolutely perfect for my son's birthday party, it held up nicely and he loved it. No rips or tears and said it was comfortable and it fit as expected

The leg part was huge for my son. Also the sleeves started to unravel on the first try
