Glad we got these stools, they were good value at the time of purchase and easy to assemble. They’re comfy and look great! No complaints after 4 months still.

Beautiful. Easy to assemble. Piece by piece, day by day, bolts and screws and pieces of wood fall off. They actually DIS_ASSEMBLE Themselves argh!

Beautiful, good quality stools and also at a reasonable price. I love the fabric, it feels luxurious. And the wood parts don’t look cheap either. As someone who hasn’t had much experience building furniture, I was able to follow the instructions and put this together myself. I didn’t even need to borrow my dads power tools lol

Big thanks to David, who personally assisted me through the whole process — very professional and helpful. That said, I want to be honest: the only way I was able to get in touch with the company was through this public review, which isn’t ideal for customers. We love the look of the barstools — they’re beautiful, stylish, and super comfortable. Honestly, I don’t get why people complain so much about the quality. If it weren’t for the customer service issue, this would be a clear 5-star review. I’m updating it to 4 stars because of how much we love the product, but I still believe there’s room to improve the customer experience. My recommendation: • Please offer replacement parts instead of making customers return the whole item. • In my case, I bought a set of 2, and one arrived damaged — the only option given was to return both, which I wasn’t going to do. • Having a direct contact email or even a customer service phone line would make a big difference. Unfortunately, one of them arrived damaged. The real issue isn’t the defect — it’s the lack of customer service. There’s no way to contact the seller directly, and they don’t offer replacement parts or any kind of support. For that reason alone, I’m leaving a 1-star review. I don’t want to return them — I just need help replacing the defective part. I will gladly update this rating if the company reaches out and helps resolve the issue. Until then, this review stays.

Surprised yet impressed at the quality of these chairs. Easy build, very sturdy, great cushion/fabric. The seats are on the firmer side which I love. Color is on the mixed grey/beige side. Foot support perfectly placed. Ordered 2, on my way to buy 1 more.

These are beautiful chairs and were the perfect size for my space! I needed a counter height style, and I'm glad I went with these chairs as opposed to other listings because they didn't sit too high or too low. Assembly was a bit challenging because the metal X frame that holders the leg pieces together didn't match of with the pre-drilled holes in the wood. The adjustable feet were also frustrating as I continued to used the chairs because the feet would spin any time i moved my chair forward or backward and resulted in the chair being wobbly. Lastly, some of the pre-drilled holes were a hair too big for the screws, so the back rest often came loose and I had to tighten the screws several times during my use of the chairs.

Poor quality, back screw malfunctioning after 6 months. Now the stool is broken due to broken back piece.

These SUCK!! Lasted a few months of daily use before they broke. Screws fall out and will not go back in. The back metal brackets bend and you can't straighten them out. Would NOT buy again. If you're not going to use these, they're fine (I guess). Not for daily use.
