I almost never do reviews, but I wanted to give major props to this product. I have PCOS and as a result thinning hair on my crown, been dealing with this for 20 years. :-( I have used just about every grow hair product I have found, both applications topically and pills. I never ever found anything that seemed to slow the hair loss to a crawl, except Nioxin which made a dent on the hair loss but didnt stop it. On the flip side, it was super harsh and strips your hair, so over the years (I have been on it for a decade now) my hair has become so dry and sad. Looks bad, feels bad, just awful. But I figured dry hair was better than no hair, so I stuck with it. I would occasionally try a new fad product and when my hair started to fall out again, I would go right back to Nioxin. The reviews on this saying it made your hair feel so much softer is what really pulled me in. I tried it one time, and didnt see too much of a change to be honest. I also didnt let is soak in enough I assume, because the next washing I let the shampoo soak for 2 minutes and the conditioner for about 5. WOW. My hair felt softer, alot softer. I was stunned. After using it for a few months now, I am VERY happy to report my hair loss is still barely there and even better, my hair is so soft it feels like my toddlers hair. No joke. Its so soft, styles better, and I dont even need to blowdry to get a nice blowdry finish now. Before, if I didnt blow dry my hair on Nioxin it would look like untamed straw. With blowdrying, I had tamed straw. Now, I can not blowdry and it still looks great! Which is a major surprise. So without blowdrying, I am protecting my hair even more. Me and my husband have been using this now for about six weeks. We both LOVE it! I've tried several shampoos and conditioners..some brutally expensive. This..by far..is the best. I have straight hair that always had a wave and a lot of body. I'm at the age when hair starts to thin and looks dull..feels dried out. Coloring doesn't help but I'm not ready to stop. After the first two uses, my hair had ringlets when wet and when i styled it, my old hair was back! I mean this product hydrated my hair and brought back the youthful shine and body I haven't seen in years. I feel like i did in my twenties when running my fingers through my hair! For me..it's a big deal because it's scary and depressing seeing your beautiful hair fading and looking weathered and lifeless. My husband has curly hair and this worked better than the DIVA shampoo and conditioner that's supposed to keep curls looking fresh. His hair is super curly and hydrated with no frizz...even the days in between shampoos. Did I mention that my hair is no longer coming out? I noticed that slowing down after the first shampoo! Seriously, I saw this on FB and thought it was another scam ad but because I was looking for something like this, I read the reviews and couldn't find anything negative from those who reported having tried it. I even went onto other sites and found that more than 95% gave positive reviews and I'm glad I took the chance to try it. This is my third purchase! of the shampoo and conditioner! My husband and I are both very happy and I highly recommend this product to anyone and everyone just because it really does work amazingly well and we will continue to use this. I also got the hair serum since I loved the shampoo. The serum is supposed to feed the hair follicles and thicken the hair from the root as well as to promote new growth. My hairline was receding at the temples and thinning out. I actually have new growth coming in at these areas. Seriously, I wasn't expecting it to work this well. Not everyone has the same results but I definitely have. My problem is hormonal, like most people in my age group. It seems to be working. The best is the fact that I can wash my hair and not seen a ton of hair in the drain or coming out in my hands. Great products! Next, I'm going to try the hair mask!!!

I've had chronic hair shedding for the past 4 years that was triggered by a surgery. It usually stops, but mine never did. I've tried many other shampoos - Aveda, Pronexa and several others, vitamins, and even a prescription regimen. The shampoo/conditioner and serum work well in combination. I have hair extensions as well and it does not harm the extensions. It doesn't strip my color or make my hair stiff; in fact, it's very soft and shiny. It took using a full set (about 2-3 months) to start seeing a difference, but my hair at the root is growing in thicker and shedding has been reduced by about 50%. I've gone through 2 full sets and now have a good 3-4" of thicker new growth. Not a miracle, but I'll take it. Maybe one day I can get rid of the hair extensions!

My hair is fine and thin and since menopause it is dry and straw-like also changed from straight to frizzy, and yes I do have to color treat but I do so with non-ammonia and never can I shampoo because it will make my hair even drier. In addition I have noticed my hair is also thinning near the crown. Here's my experience with Cell MD: I cannot believe that I can finally use a shampoo without it leaving my hair dry. After the first use it did seem to make my hair fuller and less frizzy, upon continued use definitely can confirm my hair is fuller and less frizzy/damaged looking. However, the conditioner seems to do nothing, in fact my old conditioner makes my hair feel softer/better. I'm a little upset with the advertising, because I bought the Shampoo/Conditioner because I thought that both were infused with stem cells etc however after private messaging a company representative, I've been told it's the Shampoo that has the 'magic' stem cell ingredients. Then I was told about their serum that would help with thinning. I wish I could return the conditioner and purchase the serum since those two are the products that they say have the 'magic' stem cell ingredients. I will be a continued user of the Shampoo since I've had such great results with it and would like to try the serum. The shampoo is the best product I have ever tried for my horrible thin/dry/frizzy menopausal hair. It would be great if the company would accept the conditioner for a refund and allow me to try their serum.

I love this product so much. This is the second time I have purchased it. The first month when I used it, I didn't notice my hair growing but I did notice that my hair was no longer falling out. The second month, I did notice that my hair seemed thicker and fuller. I don't use any medications to thicken my hair or nails just the shampoo. I love the scent of it and it makes my hair so soft and beautiful. I use it almost every day. I will be a customer for life. It is pricey but I feel it is worth the price. It lasts me over a month. I only use 2 pumps of each when I use it. It suds up beautifully. I can't wait to try their other products.

Cel shampoo and conditioner are consistent and good . I use Cel for few years now always keep a bottle of both .

Update after 2 full months: I have moved from 3 stars to 1. The only positive thing is that the product, which was supposed to be a month’s supply, lasted 2 months. Other than that, my hair has not thickened and it still falls out in the shower and come out. I attached pics. I know the pics don’t look like much hair, but remember my hair is not only thin but baby fine, as well as blonde. So that is the same amount that has always fallen out at every shampoo. It’s too expensive to try for any longer. End of update. I am only 3 weeks in to the suggested month of use but I keep getting emails to review. So here’s where I’m at right now. A little background; I’m 58 and I have long hair, but not too long. My hair grows in length without issue and I get it trimmed regularly. However it does not grow thick, it is very thin, and it falls out a lot. I wash it every other day, always have, because every day after wash day long hair gets flatter and flatter. At 3 weeks I see no difference in thickness but there is less hair coming out in the shower. Unfortunately, even though I have always combed out very gently, I think more hair is coming out at comb out. The conditioner does not seem to have good detangling properties, especially where long hair is concerned. And even though I have NEVER been one to bunch up my hair during washing, the amount of scalp massaging I feel like this product requires to be effective, also adds to the tangling. Outside of that, on wash day my hair looks great and is pleasantly soft. On day 2, my hair feels and looks on the oily side which adds to flatness. My hair has not been oily since high school. For this reason alone, unless there is a noticeable improvement in thickness I will not order a second round of the product once this runs out. But to end on a positive note, this product does sud very well and I was surprised how little I actually need to wash long hair, so this will last longer than a month using it every other day.

This is my second purchase. I had almost given up on my hair and was starting to shop for wigs because of extreme hair loss. With each shampoo I was losing a ton of hair and when brushing my sink was always covered not just in long hairs but short broken off pieces of hair. I decided to give Cel MD a try and have been amazed at the difference. I’m no longer losing a ton of hair. I now find only a few hairs in my comb after shampooing and no more sink full of hair. My hair has body shine and feels healthy. I have started using the serum but it’s too early to tell how much of an impact that will have but based on my results with the shampoo and conditioner I’m optimistic. You don’t have to use a ton of product so while it’s pricey you don’t go through it like the speed of lightning.

This shampoo and conditioner are excellent,i have really strong hair and this product has made a big difference to the softness of my hair,would certainly recommend. Marilyn Australia

I purchased the shampoo and conditioner and haven’t regretted the risk . Obviously I checked reviews because they are not cheap and of course I wondered if the reviews were really from genuine people or made up. Way I saw it was I needed to try for myself so I bought my first bottles and used once or twice a week during lockdown . After 5 months of lockdown and no hair dresser trips I was pleased when I eventually did get an appointment . My hairdresser was astounded at my hair she said it felt thicker and smooth and shiny , the condition of it had got better rather then gone down hill further . I’m a women of 54 and Iv had a full hysterectomy . I’d really noticed my hair had thinned on the temples and felt thinner over all since my op 4 years ago . Anyway I set up a regular prescription for Cel shampoo and conditioner and I’m converted and I absolutely say it’s worth every penny . Too tip is buy from reputable sellers so you know you get the genuine item . Iv not tried the serum YET. But I 100% will be . I hope you guys get the same results that I did . X

I was a little sceptical about this product as I have tried so many different thickening shampoos that really didn't do what they promised. However, I really have noticed a difference with this one in just one week!! Not only have I noticed but friends and family have also made comments on how good my hair looks lately. It definitely has more body and is looking thicker. I am very pleased with it so far. I bought the shampoo and conditioner which both came with a pump dispenser (very handy). I use 4 pumps of each with every wash, which means they should both last the same amount of time! I will definitely be buying this again.

This conditioner is lovely and my hair felt better after just one use. I can't comment on the shampoo unfortunately as I didn't receive it, I actually got 2 bottles of conditioner sent instead. I've not noticed any thickening of my hair but it's early days and I'm only using half the treatment as that's all I have, but my hair does feel softer and less frizzy.
