Perfect no complaints it was basically ready for use after taking the plastic off. It worked great for my husband that just had heart surgery. You can unzip the fabric and wash easily. Doesn't take up that much bed space either .

Day 8 post op. Finally got more than 4 hours of sleep. This pillow helped me get 7 hours of sleep. The neck pillow really supports your neck to help you sleep and not else up with neck pain.

Wedge pillow is comfortable. Needed this to help control my reflux, and it works perfectly. It was easy to use and set up (just open and wait for it to set), and the design is good. I like the various angles that come with the pillow. Great value for what I paid for it.

I bought this after facial surgery because I needed to sleep with my head elevated, and it ended up being one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Before this, I never liked sleeping with elevation and always thought it would be uncomfortable. I was completely wrong! It was incredibly comfortable, kept me in the perfect position during recovery, and I actually sleep better with it than I ever did with my expensive memory foam pillows that cost well over $100 each.Even though I no longer need the elevation for recovery, I still use this pillow every single night because I love it that much. I sleep like a baby. I also love that it’s versatile—you can use it with or without the detachable headrest. I personally prefer it without the headrest and place my regular pillows on each side of the wedge, which creates a cozy “nest” that keeps me comfortably in place all night.It’s also fantastic for reading, watching TV, or relaxing in bed because it provides great support without feeling stiff. Whether you’re recovering from surgery or just looking for a more comfortable way to sleep or lounge, I highly recommend this pillow set. It’s absolutely worth every penny.

I've only had this for one night so far but already love it. I'm pregnant (in the beginning of my third trimester), am starting to struggle with being uncomfortable in most chairs, and have just started getting acid reflux (made worse by lying flat). I can't say this solved everything 100% but I can say that I just slept for 7 hours straight with the help of the wedge pillow, which is a rare and wonderful thing for me at the moment. Note - this is not replacing the bump pillow that I use to support my growing tummy and keep my back happy while lying on my side.I can't help but get tired and want to lay down after dinner, which is bad for acid reflux. While not fully cured by this wedge pillow, it was better enough with the elevation to sleep through a lot of it. (Note I am also trying to be careful about what I eat to also help, but even small amounts of mild food are a struggle in the evening).I have a lot of writing and reading to get through for work and am also hopeful I can use the wedge (flipped around in it's highest orientation) with pillows under my legs and my laptop on my legs to make it through. Currently testing this will typing this review.... maybe I'll break down and buy a second wedge.The pillow had a slight smell when it came out of the packaging, which I expect will get better with some airing out and has already improved. It's quite mild as compared to other pillows and mattress toppers I've ordered in the past, including the beloved bump pillow mentioned above. Given that my face was very close to the pillow, it had only been out of the packaging for an hour or two at most, and I have a heightened sense of smell at the moment, I think this was quite good!I would buy this again and will recommend it to my pregnant friends.

It didn't work for my particular need but gave to my son's mil and she loves it
