Best earbuds I've ever had though I do have one grape the text readout for some reason doesn't work when I'm playing music it's not really an issue for me cuz I don't really like having text readout on but I just noticed when I tried it it wouldn't do it unless I had my music pause but overall great earbuds long battery and I like the ambient sound feature to where I can hear people if they're talking to me oh and the battery on the case last very long

Unbeatable price and the sound is amazing. I love everything about these headphones especially when pairing them with my S24 Ultra. They stay in the ears really easily. The only thing I would say is you aren't getting a full warranty by buying the Latin American version, but that's fine. Love the design of the headphones and there are many features that make them an excellent purchase and a no brainer for anyone who uses a Samsung phone or tablet.

I really like these but due to not supporting Bluetooth multipoint they don't get 5 stars. I live on my phone and online meetings, so not being able to swap seamlessly between devices (although it is not hard, it simply isn't reliable). But the call quality is excellent, and the noise cancelling is great. People on the other end of calls say it is very clear, even when I am in noisy environments. Music sound is more 'digital' than I like. Bought the South American version from Amazon due to the far sharper price. If I had of paid New Zealand or US amount, I would have been very disappointed with the lack of multipoint support.

Great pair of earbuds. Battery seems to last as stated by Samsung. Sound quality is great and it has plenty of useful features in the Wearable app. Silver colour is sharp. Highly recommended, especially for owners of Samsung phones.

I'm an audiophile, and these things shocked me with their sound quality. The fit, the bass, and the clarity rival my Beats Studio headphones. That being said, all my music is FLAC lossless audio and is streamed through my Plex media server. It's direct, untouched sound quality. These headphones are so good that you can easily tell the difference between streaming music on Amazon and listening to a direct FLAC file. Seamless integration with my Samsung galaxy cellphone.

Sound quality is good. But the shape doesn't quite fit. If I'm running they won't fall out, although it feels like they're about to (which is annoying). However, if I'm sitting with my head at an odd angle they do fall out. When I push them in deeper, it causes a pressure change that hurts my inner ears. But over all, 4 stars since I'm sure it's just my ear shape thats odd. For most people it won't be a problem.
