Didn’t work for what I needed but was able to return with no issues

Doesn't appear to support VPN and total lack of customer support in setup and or use. Plugged into my Spectrum cable modem, configured with a computer via direct connect ethernet, setup TP account and configured switch setting. Would NOT allow advanced options, ie. VPN load. Called customer support and they DO NOT handle this unit, only business side does. Arranged for a call back over a week ago with no contact since. Manual for detailed setup not available in US, can only be found on secondary market. It flat out did not work as advertised.

Needed a lightweight non-wireless router, this did fit the bill and did work, however boot time was very slow, Other equipment in my mobile rack depends on router, the slow boot time made it impractical even with a sequencer.
