An all inclusive set
This kit is a great buy for a bread enthusiast or someone just beginning their baking. It has literally everything you might need, including stuff not just for actually baking break but organization. Keeping your starter alive and healthy can be a huge part of the difficulty in baking sourdough. This kit has a lot of extremely nifty tools to help with that challenge, like a temperature tracking strip and this really clever little elastic with weekday and times on it that allows you to easily mark the progress in time, right on the jar. Other than that it also has all the baking utensils, including a little silicone brush and lame and dough whisk. Everything is really good quality and a pleasure to use, it really allows you to take your bread baking to a whole new level. A lot of the tools are also silicone making them easy to wash and making cleanup way less tiring of an affair. Honestly considering everything you get in this set, the price is great. It a quite small investment but it makes a huge difference in your baking, its much more enjoyable with the proper tools.
