Four years in this country and finally, A GOOD AMERICAN broom. None of the stupid get on your knees Britain and sweep up with the same size brush that you get in shoe shine kits. An American broom. Something you can stand tall and use. Something that doesn't make you crouch like a cowering dog. Put a stick on it - Classic American innovation. "Hey, why do we get on our hands and knees to gather up tiny piles of dust and debris?" "Because cleaning should feel like the undemocratic oppression of a powermad tyrant, mate." Not any more. Useful and nice to look at
I use this for my balcony as I keep rabbit hays outside as well as one hay rack. So as you can imagine it is very easy to get messy. My dyson vacuums are helpful but I sometimes just want to avoid the noise so this is a very nice solution. I use a leather strip and screwed it on the top to hang on the wall. it looks very nice next to my small gardening tools. It can be used on the wooden flooring and on my rugs.

Sweeps well but bent handle on delivery.
Arrived today, very well packaged. The broom end sweeps well. Some of the red stitches are loose though. The broom handle also feels a little loose and there's a definite bend in the wood, it's not straight at all. I bought this because I'd used one on holiday and liked it. This is not up to that standard but it's okay for the price.

effective brush for porches and patios
I needed something lightweight that would sweep and debris leaves out of nooks and crannies. This does the job very well.
