As a young wife/mother, this product was just what I needed for peace of mind. It was easy to understand and complete. Would absolutely recommend!

I ordered this kit for my husband who was requesting one of those "when I'm dead" books as he has yet to get his will written (mine's been done for over 10 years!) What I found was that this "kit" is fairly basic & closely mimicked the online will program I used when I was writing my last will & testament. There is fairly limited space for specific items to be listed so if you have a long list of things that you want to go to certain people (like we do), the papers included won't be enough. I do appreciate that the documents are stated to be "fully legal" & acceptable in any court in the nation. I suspect duplicating the documents if extra pages are needed would be fine so that is our plan when it comes to bequeathing specific items to specific peoples. Not a bad kit to start the process with but not as detailed as I would have liked to see.

It’s great to know things can be taken care of at a cheaper price the forms were easy and I didn’t have to go through a lawyer I used a notary as a witness and I was done. Great your Will here.😊

We were going overseas for a long posting and so I decided we needed to get these document done to cover us in an emergency. Now, I really can't say how well these would hold up in court, I'm no lawyer. What I can tell you is that the forms are really easy to fill out because they are written in plain English and usually each section there is a blank is addressed on the instruction sheet for each form. Like if there is a blank on the form to fill out some information, the instructions has a direction about what you are supposed to fill into that blank (i.e., the name of the person who is to receive such and such, or the percentage you are giving etc...) One hint I would give is photocopy these forms first and fill them out in pencil, like a first draft or practice, so that all mistakes or changes are made on the copies. Then go back and just copy the information into the original forms in pen and get them notarized if needed.

People in general hate to plan ahead for their own demises, as it makes us face our own mortality head on. However, one of the kindest things we can do for our family members we'll leave behind is to take the guesswork out of their hands. Pre-planning one's estate will help tremendously with probate, taxes, successions, and hurt feelings. When family members told us that they wanted us to take their kids if something happened to them, I asked them if they had wills or other formal documents drawn up. They said they did not. I'm going to present them with these do it yourself forms and tell them to put their wishes down in writing! We hope they're not needed, but we'll be ready if they are!

As I have gotten older and am now nearing retirement age I was concerned about making sure that my family has a will and knows all of my wishes for what is to be done in the event that I become incapacitated or pass away. This estate planning kit includes just about everything I needed to make that happen and as I am going through it it is giving me peace of mind knowing that I will be able to communicate my needs wants and desires to my family even after my death. This is a great kit to have and we'll help your family in a time of grief.

I was expecting something with a little more substance. The questions/steps were easy to follow, but honestly there was nothing remarkable about the verbiage. The content of these documents is not unlike what could be found for free in a web search. Even with this being the case, the information would have been more useful if also offered in electronic format so that content could be easily modified. Comes with live support although I have not used so can't verify effectiveness or value.

I’m working to get my real estate license and anything honestly helps out a lot!When I saw this I had to get it and check it out mainly for studying purposes. This works very well and literally for me shows me exactly how a form as such is to look and understand it better as if I was actually already a realtor! This could definitely be used in many states I’m sure and by many companies but this I really love again to help give a better understanding!
