I had very bad rhinitis and was dis paring at the stream of gue I was blowing out of my nose constantly,I Googled for any way I could find relief and found this product I use their syringe system to flush though the nasalise salt into each nostral and was amazed at the muck that came out anyway it worked for me and helped in my recovery, I have had to have surgery to totally cure my blocked sinuses however the hospital gave me a very similar flush syringes to use at home so I can recommend Nasaline I am sure it would help for many people always consult a doctor if in doubt

Seems to work OK, but is expensive and a little pure sea salt does just as well.

サーレSというのとこちら両方使ったことがありますので比較します。 まず、こちらの商品は、1袋で250mlの鼻うがい1回分の量の塩水が作れます。また、粒子が細かいので冷たい水にも溶けるのがとても早いです。結果、溶け残りがなく正しい濃度の塩水が作れるので、ツーンとしづらいです。 サーレSのほうは、そもそもハナクリーンSという小さめの容器に合わせた商品になっているため1袋で150mlの塩水しか作れません。そのため、しっかり鼻うがいをするためには2袋を開けて300ml作る必要があります。頻繁に鼻うがいをする人は毎回2袋開けるのが結構手間に感じてしまいます。あとやや溶けにくいので、塩水の濃度が薄くなるためツーンとしてしまうことがよくあります。ミントの香りがついている、というのも好みが分かれるかもしれません。 ナサリンはスウェーデンで開発されたものらしいですが、やはり海外製品の方が使いやすさや使用感が勝っているように自分は感じました。
