You can unscrew that tip and attached the Cleanstream that way. You'll need to go to a Home Depot or Lowes type store and get an adapter though. Take the aerator nozzle with you and tell them you need what those threads are to a 1/2 male adapter. Screw in the adapter to the faucet then attach the CS to the adapter.
