I've been a smoker for over 35 years and could no longer walk up a hill without wheezing and being breathless. I really wanted to give up but didn't want to use a vape or an inhaler as it felt liken swapping one addiction for another.It's day 13 and I'm smashing it and feel so much better already. I actually forgot to put a patch on this morning and didn't notice until lunchtime.There are still small cravings but they are manageable. You do have to want to give up but these patches are by far the best I have tried. I got mild itching on my arm on the first couple of days but that soon passed. They stick very well and stay on all day. I only lost one because I forgot about it and had a shower so my advice would be to shower before you put one on!I definitely recommend these patches. They work better than anything else I have tried and for the first time in my life I feel like I might succeed.

Excellent. I was a heavy smoker and began using them. It takes a week before the patch each day began taking effect but from then on you will really notice that there is a less want for cigarettes. I know the patches are expensive but in the long run they are really worth while buying. When you think of the cost of a packet of cigarettes and is a heavy smoker you will be saving more financially, and most of all better health.

Trying to quit vaping and find these help, hard to keep them on though with current on weather and sweating

Don't work

The invisipatch step ones have been great and help my husband not only quit but stay off the cigarettes. Very good quality. They stick on well and last all day.Very quick delivery (same day) and great value for money.

The patches stick well to the skin and don't aggravate the area like other patches. Do they work? well I have to say yes they do but only when you have the determination and willpower to stop. Previously I didn't put 100% into stopping smoking so failed after 1 week so I believe it was me that didn't work. I now have found the willpower and have not smoked for 7 weeks and have to say that the patches are a good help. I still have the odd craving but that is something that I have to work through emotionaly by reminding myself why I have stopped, but on the whole I don't have too many cravings and it is possible to work through them with the right frame of mind. Knowing that I have the patch on makes me feel supported because it reassures me that when I have a craving and am tempted to give in, I know nicotine is being released. I like these patches and find them better than any other product I have used and after 30 years of smoking...I no longer smoke.
