Epicurean Kitchen Series Cutting Board, 17.5-Inch × 13-Inch, Natural

I’ve been a life collector for over 15 years and this includes a vast array of unique kitchen knives. None of my knives are cheap and until I found this cutting board, I’ve been hesitant to use them. Every now and again I’d use a wooden cutting board, but cleaning them can be tricky (wood) and they’re a bit heavier. These Epicurean cutting boards were the perfect find for me. The product is light weight, extremely durable and very easy to clean. No warping, and stays where I put it on the counter. Most importantly I don’t have to worry about edge retention and deformity on my knives while using these cutting boards. I have them in multiple sizes for different occasions and recently purchased the 35” Big Game & Butcher board. Perfect for trimming and carving my smoked briskets. Every other cutting board I had has been tossed. Great experience with these.

Our family cooks a lot and these are our go-to cutting boards. We purchased this one after having a smaller size and loving it so much. They can warp a little and slide around but I just flip it back and forth to help balance it out. The color is very pretty giving you that warm homey vibe in your kitchen. Also great for decoration and for serving things on!

I bought this as I've been reading about the brand - AND - because it said it was dishwasher safe. I DO admit I had some doubt before I put it in the dishwasher the first time, but - it HAS survived just fine...no issues. I've gotten away from wood cutting boards for food safety reasons, and became unhappy with the plastic ones as I don't want plastic in my food. Glad this one is dishwasher safe so it can be "sanctified." Metal boards would be great but they dull knives.

So far it has performed well. Based on some of the negative reviews that said the sticker wouldn't come off or it stained, I was a little skeptical of buying it. I haven't observed either of those complaints. It's light weight, cleans up easily and is dishwasher safe. I would recommend it.

Excellent cutting board, both sides can be used. However, it tends to slide on the counter top when using. Not a real problem, I slip a dish drying towel under the board when using and it stays put! Another note to be aware is the louder than normal sound it makes when the knife blade hits the board. I have learned to not chop but to slide the knife across the board to lessen the cutting sound. Overall, I am pleased with the board. It’s not too heavy and easy to pick up, plus easy to clean. The wear from cutting is practically unnoticeable.

I bought this based on how well a smaller Epicurean cutting board has held up over the last 8 years of being washed in a dishwasher. We do not use serrated knives on ours since they cause significant damage to the surface.

HORRIBLE. Smells horrible, surface deeply scored after ONE USE, unusable. Something has changed with the manufacturing/material composition of this board over the years. Bought one years ago and didn’t have this problem. AWFUL. Will return.

Questo tagliere è di ottima qualità, un materiale molto particolare e resistente. L'ho acquistato sulla base di un vecchio tagliere che avevo. Difficile da trovare in commercio.

大きなまな板が欲しくて購入しました。 切った野菜がまな板から飛び出さなくなって大満足です。 色味やデザインも嫌みがなく、どんなキッチンにも馴染むと思います。 ただ、庖丁と接した時の音が気になる人には気になるかな？

Ne possedevo già una e questo l'ho regalato a mia mamma. Lo trovo perfetto per tagliare e servire la pizza fatta in casa. E' leggero e solido. Consigliato

大きくて使いやすい。パンを捏ねるときにも使用出来て、便利。 軽いし、すぐに乾くし、とても使い易い。
