Living with psoriasis long-term-and believe me, I am thankful that it is something I can live with as there are lots worse things I could be afflicted with. While with the onset of menopause, my skin symptoms have markedly reduced, my nails just keep/kept getting worse: raised nails, discoloration, easily breaking, brittle...you know-the works. Out of desperation after cleaning under my nails and just really having to look at the ugliness, I googled "help for ugly psoriatic nails" and saw Kerasal. I ordered it after reading the detailed product description and reviews. Yes, I used, oils, creams and lotions on my nails. To no avail. I have spent a ton of money over the past 45 years for all kinds of potions, lotions, shampoos, oils...you name it. Let's not forget the meds that can only be used 2 weeks at a time, otherwise they will eat up your liver, kidneys and who knows what. Fellow-psoriasis sufferers, you know exactly what I am talking about! So then, as soon as this came, I tore open the package and applied it-without reading the instructions-just before we went out to our Thu hang out for the shrimp special. My nails looked less dry than they had in years and stayed that way. I read the instructions the next morning and have used it Fri and Sat as directed before bed. My big toe nails have started to look rosy again and a lot smoother. The thumb nail on my right hand is affected the worst, but it too looks less dry. On the nails that are the least discolored, the ridging is starting to go away and the rosy color is coming back.I will say this, now looking at my nails, for the first time in years I have hope. I know that this is not a cure-nothing is. As far as effective and doing what it says-it is and it does. That is all I need. My nails even hurt. The slightest bumping them against something causes excruciating pain. Is this product expensive? Considering it works, it is worth it. I spent a lot more money on stuff that didn't As may nails get healthier, I will post an update.

Not sure but maybe this has more of one ingredient than the other. Worked exceptionally well in the past on a toe. Works better if you only use it one time a day and thin coat. I am grateful it does not stink. Either way it works but not as fast as it use to it seems, so I am grateful for this brand.

This product does make your nails look nice when you use it, but I’m not sure it does much for the expensive price. It’s a real pain to not be able to really touch anything before bed after applying, so get your phone alarm ready before you use this overnight. I tried this nightly with little to no results and am beginning to think this wasn’t my nail issue to begin with or the product does not really do much.

Got this product on the off chance that the reviews I read would be right, as it was a last ditch effort, after failed attempts with other products, to avoid spending big bucks on a dermatologist... I was NOT disappointed with this product. I received it 3 weeks ago and have been using it everyday as it suggests, and have seen a tremendous difference in the appearance of my nails. Definitely worth the money if used correctly and consistently. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is looking for a product that combats nail psoriasis.

Didn't do much for my nails

I had been using this product for over a year and nothing works, so expensive but no results at all, your will skin get soft, your Neils will gets soft, then fall it off and nothing happened , you back to same condition you were before after few days.

I have tried everything including laser treatments on my toenails. I've got to tell you in a short 5 weeks that this product has made my toenails look the same color as my skin and the thickness is subsiding. Many of us make the mistake and think that we have toenail fungus when it's really psoriasis. If you've tried toenail fungus products and they haven't worked it's probably because you have psoriasis and you should really give this product a shot oh, it works great.

I have tried a lot of products and none of them worked till This one . Now the wife tells me my nails on my toes don't look gross anymore.
