-What i liked ?This showes effects more faster than other products on the site because i purchased before and that product was useless.-Why i bought this ?Because there are lots of products but not trustable. And price is very high but this tabs comes in the budget.- I bought it for family member who has very low blood count and not improving so this was really helpful to them.And today the RBC is improved and Normal now.I recommend that please ask doctor first before starting any medication.

My physician suggested me to take one tablet with lemon or Orange juice at least an hour before lunch. It's absorbing well in the body and helping to keep brain and muscles work efficiently.

These tablets are A very good source of Iron if you are not able to have a well balanced diet. I have started taking these daily
