Flavor was good the texture was what I needed for my Ice cream Vanilla quality is super I had a client that wanted to see more bean flecks and this offered that. Now compared to the paste I have used before this is a little loose not as thick as others but it’s of it for Ice Cream so it work out fine for me.

Very happy with the product. Made cookies with the paste and the cookies had a better taste in comparision to vanilla extract. The price is GREAT when comparing to the TJ's version, where I only got to make one batch.

I love this product. The thickness and the flavor is great for baking. I have used almost the whole bottle in about three months. I would highly recommend it. I keep mine in the refrigerator.

I decided to order this vanilla paste after watching a baker go on and on about how much it truly adds to your baked goods. He was right. I no longer measure. I just squeeze the bottle and put this in whatever I'm baking. I love the texture of it and the appearance. You can actually see the vanilla bean fragments in this must have item. It is very versatile and I use it in everything I bake and also my icing. The aroma is wonderful. The flavor is exceptional and it is so easy to use. I make an average of three dozen or more cupcakes a week and this has really added additional flavor to them. I definitely recommend this. I think this will be a staple in my home from now on.

This is actually a nice product. It isn't as concentrated as other brands I've used, but it holds up well in baking and for the price, I don't think you'd find a better deal for real vanilla at this time (2019 and vanilla prices are still through the roof). Because it uses xanthan gum as the main thickener, I find it a bit more gelatinous rather than pasty or syrupy. The consistency reminds me of aloe vera gel. The odor is pleasant and I was pleased with the way it tasted straight from the bottle. It's a good alternative for those wanting to try out vanilla bean paste or finding themselves having to source a suitable substitute for formerly pricey brands that have now been priced out of reach for many budgets. It's not my favorite, but it certainly works well for what I need it for and I wouldn't mind ordering it again in the future.

This is yummy. Price is good. It DOES have sugar - a tablespoon has eight grams of sugar. I would prefer that they thicken it with glycerin but it's still a good product and to add vanilla taste only requires a teaspoon.
