LOVE LOVE LOVE. So much healthier than white rice because it has the bran in tact. Has a slight chewy, nutty quality. Soak over night, rinse and slow cook on lowest flame for 30 min and you're good to go--no instapot needed.

Very tasty rice. Fragrant when cooked, tastes a lot like brown rice. Figure there are bound to be different trace nutrients in different kinds of rice, so trying to jazz up the rice portion of the pantry with all the kinds I can. I really like this one.

This rice is nutty, chewy and very pleasant taste. I would definitely buy again.

Terrific change of pace from the boiled white rice you usually see offered. Doesn't clump together. Nice mouth feel. I have perhaps 10 different types of rice in my pantry, and, this one is as good as rice gets.

Amazingly flavorful. I simply pre-soak it for several hours and my simple rice cooker makes it perfectly using the standard "white rice" button.
