Requires some pre-planning but worth it. NEVER GETS MUSHY
Terrific toothsome tasty rice that does not get mushy. Lovely nutty flavor & attractive color. More nutritious than brown rice. No rice to water ratios given but start with 1:2 and go from there. Benefits greatly from presoaking in water, at least 3 hours or overnight.

A Very Healthy and Tasteful Alternative to White Rice!!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE. So much healthier than white rice because it has the bran in tact. Has a slight chewy, nutty quality. Soak over night, rinse and slow cook on lowest flame for 30 min and you're good to go--no instapot needed.
