The product is good , working as expected. No noise is recorded until. Proper safe output is giving. In May June , voltage sometimes drops below 90 in my area , so I go through 50v- 300v range with copper class, completing the purpose. It's build quality is also top notch. 👌❤️

अगर आप इनका प्रोडक्ट खरीदते हैं और वह खराब हो जाता है, तो आपको समझ आ जाएगा कि यह "5 साल की वारंटी" सिर्फ लोगों को बेवकूफ बनाने का एक दिखावा है। मेरा स्टेबलाइजर काम करना बंद कर गया था, और सिर्फ एक शिकायत दर्ज कराने के चक्कर में मेरे पूरे 5 दिन बर्बाद हो गए। इनका कस्टमर केयर बेहद घटिया है; जब आप उन्हें मैसेज करते हैं, तो उनकी तरफ से कोई जवाब ही नहीं आता। जैसे-तैसे शिकायत दर्ज होने के बाद, मेरा स्टेबलाइजर ले जाया गया और रिपेयरिंग के लिए उनके वेयरहाउस भेजा गया। 4 दिन बाद उसे वापस मेरे पते पर भेज दिया गया। मैंने उनसे रिपेयरिंग की प्रक्रिया का एक वीडियो मांगा था, लेकिन उन्होंने मुझे वीडियो नहीं दिया। जब स्टेबलाइजर मेरे घर पर डिलीवर हुआ और मैंने उसे खोलकर देखा, तो वह पूरी तरह से डेड (खराब) कंडीशन में था। उन्होंने मुझे किसी और का लौटाया हुआ (returned) सामान भेज दिया था, और मेरे पास इसका वीडियो प्रूफ भी है। अगर स्टेबलाइजर काम कर रहा होता, तो मैं उसे रख लेता, लेकिन उन्होंने मुझे बिल्कुल खराब स्टेबलाइजर भेजा। मैंने कस्टमर केयर से इस पूरी घटना की शिकायत की, लेकिन वीडियो देखने के बाद भी उन्होंने मेरी कोई मदद नहीं की। जब भी आप उनसे कहेंगे कि स्टेबलाइजर टूटा हुआ है या काम नहीं कर रहा है, तो वे आपके हाथ में किसी बेकार खिलौने की तरह बार-बार बस एक गूगल फॉर्म का लिंक थमा देते हैं। कंपनी ने थोड़े से पैसों के लिए मेरे साथ धोखाधड़ी की है, तो आप खुद ही उनके स्तर का अंदाजा लगा सकते हैं। मेरी राय यही है—कृपया ऐसी बेकार कंपनियों पर अपनी गाढ़ी कमाई बर्बाद न करें। मैं उम्मीद करता हूँ कि जो मेरे साथ हुआ, वह आप में से किसी और के साथ न हो। If you buy their product and it breaks down, you will realize that this "5-Year Warranty" is just a myth used to fool people. My stabilizer stopped working, and I wasted 5 whole days just trying to file a complaint. Their customer care is absolutely pathetic; they don’t give any response when you message them. After finally filing the complaint, my stabilizer was picked up and sent to their warehouse for repairs. It was dispatched back to my address 4 days later. I had requested them for a video of the repair process, but they didn't provide it. When the stabilizer was delivered to my house and I opened it, it was in a completely dead condition. They had sent me someone else's returned item, and I have video proof of this. If the stabilizer was working, I would have accepted it, but they sent me a completely dead stabilizer. I complained to customer care about everything that happened to me, but even after seeing the video, they didn't help me at all. Whenever you tell them that the stabilizer is broken or not working, they just hand you a Google Form link like a useless toy, over and over again. The company committed fraud against me just for a little bit of money, so you can understand their level. My opinion is—please do not waste your hard-earned money on such useless companies. I hope what happened to me doesn't happen to any of you.

Initially there was an issue but because of the Daikcell customer executive support and the team management after a replacement it is working properly. I have seen that the team is very much attentive towards customer issue. This made me faith on the company. Look is nice . It's compact and easy to use.

I purchase 5 kva (50v-300v) copper daikcell stabilizer. This is the best in the market

Till now product is running good . Till date I am very much satisfied with the product.
