In all honesty, I have only used this chair for two workdays so far, so maybe it isn't broken in yet.Assembly: This was super easy to put together (I did it while watching tv). It comes with directions and an alan wrench. No screwdriver needed.Sturdiness: It's fine. There is a little wobble, but I don't feel like I am going to fall or break the chair. (I am 5'2", over 200 lbs.) The footrest doesn't extend super far, but it is perfect for my short legs!Cushioning: This chair is firm. Like I said at the beginning, maybe I haven't broken it in yet - we'll see. If you are looking for a cushiony, fluffy chair, keep looking. The lumbar support pillow is nice. The gel really does cool your back! The "massage" feature is just a little vibrating cylinder inside of the pillow. It plugs in via USB, and can be removed from the pillow. The head pillow is on an elastic, and can be positioned as needed. The arm cushions are crunchy/crinkly, for the lack of better terms.My biggest gripe is that the levers are short. I feel myself flailing my hand around until I can locate them. They are hidden under the chair nicely, but definitely should be a bit longer.Overall, this is a decent chair. I can sit on it, it rolls and spins like it should. Would I buy it again? No. Is it worth returning? Also no.

This chair comes with pocket springs on the lower cushion and is very comfortable. The headrest leaves a little bit to be desired in the engineering department as it is held on with an elastic band, however all the other components of this chair are incredibly nice. The ball bearings on the arm rests, and lock washers on every fastener also ensure that the screws wont loosen up. Very impressed with quality and price overall. For comparison,I ordered a competitors chair, and this one is far better. The other chair i wound up returning since there was almost no padding on the lower cushion(it made my butt sore after like 10 minutes). If you also have or had this problem then this chair is worth a look.

So I purchased this from all the reviews saying how comfortable it was...WRONG. First the seat is hard as a board, the armrests are low and the seat narrow for a chair that is supposed to be for bigger people. It seems well built but unless your ass is padded and narrow this chair is not for you. That being said the construction is very good and assembly was fairly easy compared to similar chairs. I upgraded this to 4 stars as of 9/27/2024 because their customer service is top notch. I still stand by what I said, this chair is not for larger/wider sized people. Note to manufacturer, padding on the inside of the arm supports and the seat 2 inches wider would help a lot.
