Great product for flashing uPVC windows. Works exactly like the “Z” brand, sticks like crazy, very stretchy without breaking (but not a stretch tape), but costs significantly less.

This flashing tape is awesome, it exceeded my expectations in every way. it's stretchy enough to follow corners easily, and its stickiness won't let you down, even on uneven surfaces.

I wish I knew about this product before. Stoped a leak from the deck into the house. It is very sticky, don't know about durability yet.

This stuff is pretty amazing, very sticky and has a liner to peel as you install. Be careful of not cutting too long a strip or you will have trouble with it rolling onto itself. Better to peel half of the liner, place the tape and then peel the other half. The liner is made that way.

Man this stuff is way better than the other brands I’ve tried. I was nervous buying it cause it was a little more expensive than the others that I bought at Lowe’s. But this is so much better, no comparison.

Needed to waterproof an project in my house and this worked perfect. Super thick and rubbery, but still easy to use.

I used this on the bottom of the 20 gauge steel building material that sits on the ground of my outside kitchen/BBQ. Adhesion is great, and it should help prevent rust down the road

Awesome stuff. The adhesive on the tape and very strong, once stuck down it very difficult to take off. When I had to re-adjust a small section it took off some OSB with it. It’s impenetrable, no liquid is ever getting through it, ever! Installation is simple even for a clueless diyer like me, it sits and sticks onto the surface no problem and you can just smooth it out with your hand, I’d highly recommend it.

Used this for a few windows I installed on my shop and was happy with it. I can’t bring myself to pay $180+ DuPont flex wrap which is probably the best but, if you are cheap like me then this tape works fine. Adheres well.

Great tape, takes a bit of getting used to with regards to making sure there are no air bubbles but once you get the hang of it all good. Can be cut as required

This flashing tape worked very well for my new patio door installation. Just the right amount of tape in the roll. Price is good and delivery was fast
