The unit arrived in a timely manor. The packaging was very nice. Everything worked properly. I did have one issue, the instructions showed to put the AA batteries in with positive up and if you look very closely in the microphones, they show to put the batteries in with the positive down. The instructions were backward. After I figured that out, everything worked fine.

Awesome sounding microphone and very professional look. I use these for djing, karaoke, and speech. The diaphram on these mics are very clear. I was gonna buy a shure sm58 wireless but im glad i tried these mics and they sound very professional just like thr major name brands

We have used a lot of Phenyx Pro products over the years. Most are great! This one is top of the line in their wire less microphone line. We are very happy with it! Sound is great, the features are way above its price point! We've never had any interference with their microphones in a large variety of venues. The one and only issue I can come up with is the rechargeable batteries (EBL 2800mAh AA) don't really fit. If we peel off the outer layer of plastic, it will go in, but coming out is very difficult! We love this item and the IEM systems we use as well!!

Better than Share microphone system to be

Second purchase of this unit, hoping the first was just a freak issue. Both mics sync as channel B so one overrides the other, can't be used together. Customer support is email only and requires a video of the issue and won't help with trouble shooting. The second unit does the same thing and the LED/LCD screen on one channel is bad right out of the box. I like the simplicity and the range of options but there is nothing I can research and find on how to change channel on mic on this specific unit. Will be returning, very disappointing!
