My sister had these when we were out of town and I forgot mine which were 5 mg each and I took 3 of them these are 1 mg and I take one or two and they work great!

These 365 melatonin tablets are easy to use. While I don’t mind the peppermint, I’m a bit impatient waiting for the tablet to dissolve under my tongue. I suppose one could simply swallow it? It’s a nice supplement to ease a person into sleep.

I think these might be my favorite melatonin pills. Compared to others, I like how small these are, both the pill size and the dosage. They work about as well as I would expect for the dosage. They are also soft and very easy to chew. The flavor is okay, a little toothpaste-y, but much nicer than some other flavors of melatonin I've had in the past. I know that doesn't sound very appetizing, but it actually makes a lot of sense. I take this melatonin when I'm going to bed, after brushing my teeth. Going from minty toothpaste to a minty pill works much better than if it was trying to be a fruity flavor or something. So even though the taste isn't great, it works for me, and I'm happy to recommend these.

I had no idea that these pills were not to be swallowed but placed under the tongue. This is an inconvenience for me.

I've tried several other brands of melatonin, but this is the first one that I haven't had a reaction to. The lozenges are delicious and effective. I love the peppermint flavor. The peppermint flavor makes this an ideal nighttime snack. This is great for anyone who has trouble with sleep and doesn't like the taste of other melatonin supplements. I highly recommend this product.

I like the dosage amount and the format of these 365 1mg peppermint melatonin lozenges. These are not sweetened but they do contain the ingredient xylitol (for those who are concerned with such things). 1mg is a mighty small dosage, but there is a place in my life for these and that's when I wake up in the middle of the night and just want a micro-dose to help me grab that last hour or two of sleep - taking too much melatonin at 3am leaves me too groggy and inclined to sleep in way past my waking time. These have a pleasant flavor and of course you can always adjust your dosage by taking another - I have a tendency to "nibble" at a larger 5mg strawberry tablet but that gets messy on my nightstand, as those larger dosage chewable tablets tend to crumble and disintegrate if you try partitioning them off into smaller dosages. These work well and the price seems fair for a generous 120 doses. Recommended.
