Product Description Used to relieve premenstrual symptoms, bloating, mood swings, menstrual cramps and breast tenderness. Agnus Castus PMS Relief is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to help relieve symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome, based on traditional use only. PMS is thought to affect up to 70 percent of women of childbearing age and many will suffer in silence each month. Agnus Castus has been traditionally used for centuries to relieve symptoms associated with PMS. Ingredients Each film-coated tablet contains 4mg of extract (as dry extract) from Agnus Castus fruit (Vitex agnus castus L.) (7-13:1) (equivalent to 28-52mg of Agnus Castus). Extraction solvent: ethanol 60% v|v. This product also contains the following ingredientsLiquid glucose, silica colloidal anhydrous, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, maize starch, cellulose microcrystalline, sodium starch glycolate (type A). Film-coating: Lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, macrogol 4000, titanium dioxide (E 171), iron (III)-oxide (E 172).

Directions How to take this product For women experiencing premenstrual symptoms.Take 1 tablet daily. Try to take the tablets at the same time each day, either in the morning or evening. Swallow the tablets whole with some water or other liquid. Do not chew the tablets. You can take the tablets with or without food. Take it! It works! 🤗😊
Amazing! I didn't think it can change my life so much. I suffered from awful PMS. I was easy to upset and annoy. Moody and angry. I felt the difference after one month. Now I easily control my temper and have smile on my face. My partner is amazed. There were some headaches going on but now is fine. Sometimes my skin is getting a bit itchy but it is tolerable. Highly recommended for moody cows 😆😊

Wasn't for me
This is my particular case, and everybody is different.I have regular periods, very puntual and I took this tablets to try to avoid that days of grumpy moods but to be honest was the worse month because it really make me sad and cry for everything and make my period late. So I stop taking it and I really feel great so I prefer my normal days with those funny moods and have a better diet because sometimes we dont notice but we have anxiety and we just want to eat junk food( on those particular days) but also we need to eat the right food. Every body is different but pay attention on what you eat and what your body needs than taking this tablets.I respect all of that people who really thinks this really works and that's fantastic but in my case I will never use it again.

Amazing results
After being diagnosed with PCOS in august and after 2 years of trying for a baby I was recommended to try Agnus Castus. I have taken these for a month alongside pregnacare, vitamin e and acupuncture. My cycle has regulated, my period pain has decreased and my progesterone level has now increased which has finally helped me to ovulate. I would recommend these to anyone with similar problems. Hoping these will help me to conceive and hoping I won’t need to take clomid

Very good product. Does work. Taking it 2 months now, and def can see and feel a deference. PMS is not too bad now, mood swings are gone, not feeling irritated, annoyed anymore. I can still feel the physical symptoms of pms, but that I can cope with.
