Perhaps this should be labelled 'choke collar', not 'chock collar'?! Anyway, erroneous name aside, this is a cheap and cheerful bit of DIY restraint kit. Fits snugly around necks up to 16-17 inches, and feels pretty robust. The nipple clamps are a nice touch - but I wouldn't advise leaving them attached too long...
