Great brush holds lots of paint and is soft but sturdy enough to cut in with ease . Have used these for a long time and they last so long ! And no hairs left on the surface that’s being painted !

20th April 2022Good Brushes 40hrs a week and 4years later and still going strong. as long as you look ather them it will last 8 years . I payed £26.00 for one .And now gone upto £28.99 for one.

I bought this brush for painting my boat with marine gloss. It's absolutely superb. No runs and not a single bristle dropped. The brush is described as extra stiff, but that doesn't do it justice. It has plenty of flex to go with the rigidity, loads of body in the brush so it holds paint really well, and yet it's supple too, offering great control. In short, this brush was worth every penny and having been treated to a thorough clean, it now awaits its next outing.

I've tried many premium brands but purdy has the edge, best brushes by far

in 20+ years of decorating this the best brush I have used, the extra stiffness over the standard Purdy, is just perfect, who doesn't like a good stiffy

As a professional painter I can assure you this is an excellent brush which I use on a daily basis in tandem with my favourite, the 3inch Corona. Highly recommend Purdy.

Superb brush. I immediately started cutting in ceiling and trim lines with this brush straight from the packet. No bristle/filament loss whatsoever. Fantastic brush as usual from Purdy. Easy to clean and retains shape perfectly.

I was finding angle brushes a pain these days and went old school and use it like there never was a angle brush made. Old school rocks. I even pulled up old muscle memory and did a better job with this brush. Looking at my new favorite.

This is one of my all time favorite old school brushes along with the purdy pip and nylonia brushes. Being a pro extra, it is a little stiffer than the XL brand which is great for cutting in and being 7/8 thick, it holds a ton of paint for extremely long cut lines. This brush is great for cutting the tops and bottoms of walls, around windows,door casings and all exterior work, not for delicate indoor trim. I would recommend this brush to anyone who wants to do a stellar job in a timely manner.
