I believe these are, or could be effective however, for some reason they never fully stay adhered to my upper arm.There's always a partial part of the patch that loosens off as the hours go on.I have heavy duties & use my arms excessively during work and at times perspire, so it may not have anything to do with the patch.I'm going to attempt these again by using an alcohol wipe first, let it dry & apply the patch. If that doesn't work, I'll add a wide band-aid over the top of the patch. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen the exact same product under different brand names with these. They have been effective for helping to reduce cravings. They aren’t a miracle worker, but if you’re dedicated to quitting these are a very helpful tool.

These nicotine patches are the best I've tried so far. They're affordable and really help me smoke less. I've cut down by half in just a few weeks. They stick well and stay on all day, even when I'm sweating. They don't leave any sticky residue, and I haven't had any skin problems with them.

While I can’t comment about how these will work for you I can say that these suit my needs perfectly. I have cut them in half sometimes, no issues there, the adhesive is very good though I do get a red mark for a day or so after removal. Just make sure you use different spots each time like I do. Definitely recommended!
