AWESOME ID PRINTER!!!!
Angelo was really helpful in setting up my printer. He was very thorough and detailed in explaining everything.The color quality is really good, compare to our old printer.It prints quick as well.The price is worth the quality.Functionality at its best and it is very user-friendly!Durability is also a plus!

Great customer service
At first I wasn’t too pleased and was thinking about returning the printer but the customer service was great and showed me how to properly use the machine. Print quality is great and Joseph from technical support really helped me out and provided training on how machines work to get the best use.

The customer service personnel name Jude at Bodno was excellent. He helped me set up the printer, guided on the correct printer card sizes.For a person not so technical like me, the remote desktop share was really helpful. Appreciate it.

Printer bad, support is worse.
Worked for about 10 cards, printer ribbon breaks, product support is not helpful. This was purchased to be used by a small 501c3 museum run completely by volunteers not a large corporation with an IT department that he was asking for. Would not recommend this item to anyone.
