Yes, it works great with lemonade!

What would happen if the drink wasn't sparkling/ fizzy, please, eg wine?

It would give the exact same effect but would need to be stirred to keep it shimmering as the bubble in sparkling drinks move the shimmer around.

How much should you use to change the colour of the drink? x

Just a pinch (roughly a small pea sized amount). You should be able to get at least 25 servings per pot! Thanks
