Mixes well with a Redbull. Fizzes up a little but nothing major. Doesn’t alter the texture and you don’t feel powder going down ur throat. As for the effects; a noticeable change in energy levels, cycle commute became much easier and hills lesser of a problem. I do a labour intensive job and i feel less fatigued after and during work. All in all i would say it’s had a positive effect! Just bought a tub of it as it’s better value. Only con is the sachets are insanely hard to rip open without scissors!! I found it easiest to tear quite far down the sachet. Not very on-the-go friendly if you need scissors though, the pre dosed amount is a godsend though to be fair!

Decided to give this a try after a lot of recommendations. Using the sachets 6gs . Easy to mix and good consistency. Taste is neither good or bad and easily washed away with a quick drink of tea or juice. Very soluble and a liquid texture. Seems to be working as I no longer feel exhausted. My joints also seem to have improved. Will continue to see if this phase continues.

Have seen lots of research about women taking creatine for the mind as much as the body, so that was my main reason for purchasing. Obviously hard to know whether you can attribute things to one particular product, but I’ve been taking a very small amount daily for the last month and do feel more alert at work and generally more on the ball. I don’t take any other supplements and haven’t made any other major changes in lifestyle etc. Taste wise - when I used the recommended amount - I could taste it (in coffee) and didn’t like it. Instead I use about half a teaspoon each time and for me this is a small enough amount that I can’t taste it AT ALL. I’d rather take a small amount and it not ruin my coffee, than have the full amount and hate my drink. Anyway whether it’s right or not, the way I’m using it - it’s tasteless, dissolves immediately and I believe it’s making me sharper 😂

Great product, literally no taste or smell which I understand is rare for collagen supplements. Dissolves easily even in cold drinks. Seems to have had a positive effect on my skin, and adds protein to your day without many calories. Little sachets are great for on the go, although obviously work out more expensive per gram than buying the jar. Only marking it down one star because the sachets are a nightmare to tear open and generally need scissors - which kind of defeats the 'on the go' functionality. Top tip.. if you're mixing into an espresso or Nespresso style coffee, don't pour the powder on top of the coffee crema (foam) as it will sit on the top and turn into a glob and be harder to stir in. Rather, put the powder into the bottom of your mug and extract the espresso on top of the powder, so it all gets wet and is almost completely dissolved with no effort!

Very good but expensive just wish they made a larger jar

Been using it for about a month. I feel more energetic but I have made big changes to my lifestyle which helps as well. I take it in my tea in the morning and there is definitely an after taste that I don’t actually like but I drink it anyway.

Purchased this product following a lot of research on the ancient & brave website , I didn’t “load” but just took a tiny amount , it blew me up like a pufferfish , my legs were enormous & extremely painful , I felt pretty poorly , I contacted ancient & brave , they didn’t want to know ….discussed the issue with fellow gym goers who tried the product it seemed that the side effects were not an isolated incident - make your own mind up - but I won’t be taking it again .
