Mixes well with a Redbull. Fizzes up a little but nothing major. Doesn’t alter the texture and you don’t feel powder going down ur throat. As for the effects; a noticeable change in energy levels, cycle commute became much easier and hills lesser of a problem. I do a labour intensive job and i feel less fatigued after and during work. All in all i would say it’s had a positive effect! Just bought a tub of it as it’s better value. Only con is the sachets are insanely hard to rip open without scissors!! I found it easiest to tear quite far down the sachet. Not very on-the-go friendly if you need scissors though, the pre dosed amount is a godsend though to be fair!

Handy for travel

Great product, literally no taste or smell which I understand is rare for collagen supplements. Dissolves easily even in cold drinks. Seems to have had a positive effect on my skin, and adds protein to your day without many calories. Little sachets are great for on the go, although obviously work out more expensive per gram than buying the jar. Only marking it down one star because the sachets are a nightmare to tear open and generally need scissors - which kind of defeats the 'on the go' functionality. Top tip.. if you're mixing into an espresso or Nespresso style coffee, don't pour the powder on top of the coffee crema (foam) as it will sit on the top and turn into a glob and be harder to stir in. Rather, put the powder into the bottom of your mug and extract the espresso on top of the powder, so it all gets wet and is almost completely dissolved with no effort!

Ancient and Brave True creatine individual sachets mine had a flavour that was not pleasant to drink in tea or coffee a fruit flavour, i never had this problem with the jar previously. Ancient and Brave were helpful when i spoke to them and they offered to help initiate a refund. This product should have no flavour and dissolve easily in to your beverage. I will go back to the jar and hope the product wont be tainted with a sweet fruit flavour.
