Easy to install, has worked great so far
Install was easy, I’ve had it on for over a month and still working. Made sure I changed out all my front end suspension parts with it otherwise you’ll just end up putting strain on the new one.

I haven t fitted yet. I used KYB as a previous replace and it has leaked oil because of my mounting failure. And then i didn t find same so i bought monroe. Monroe made in USA. Looking has a good quality/I hope to fit perfectly.

Good Stabilizer at a Great Price
I wasn't sure that I needed to replace my steering stabilizer/dampener but my mechanic recommended it. I did and instantly noticed the difference. I had gotten used to the old worn out one but this new "Monroe SC2953 Magnum Steering Damper (sic)" is definitely worth it.

Very easy to install.

Didn't quite fit
Even though this was the correct part for my truck it didn't fit. The tapered portion of the supplied stud that goes through the draglink wasn't even close to the right size. I spent about 3 hours grinding a new taper and test fitting it to get it to fit. I am very experienced at vehicle repairs and what should have taken less than an hour took half a day.

important repair
Old Dodge truck was diagnosed as needing this part after experiencing a power wobble set off after a rail crossing. It fit into place as expected and works as well as the original part did when new.
