The chairs are amazing but the customer service was SUPERB!!!! Almost immediate responses and transparent communication. Was always will inc to help us figure things out and truly delivered an amazing product.As for the chairs-AMAZING!!!!!! So incredibly comfy and have the ultimate luxurious feel! Assembly was easy and everything was flawlessly perfect! Looking forward to expanding and adding more chairs!!

Pros:It's easy to install. I’ve purchased another power recliner before, and it required me to install the armrests myself, which was a hassle. But this recliner is different. It arrived in just one box with all the components inside, and you only need to attach the backrest to the seat base.It can recline to nearly a horizontal position, which makes it incredibly relaxing to lie on and easy to fall asleep. I believe it will be perfect for taking naps, which is what impressed me the most.It has a home button, so when I want to get up, I don’t have to hold down the button to fully close the recliner. This is a very user-friendly design, even though the recliner already opens and closes quite quickly.The materials used are really top-notch. First, it’s extremely heavy, much more than I expected, which makes me feel very secure when lying on it—no wobbling at all. Secondly, the leather is incredibly soft and comfortable to the touch, making me feel it’s worth the price. I imagine that using such luxurious leather on such a large sofa must be costly.The Type-C and USB charging ports are more than sufficient. I won’t go into the details of other small features.Cons:I’ll update my review as I continue to use it.I’m satisfied with both its design and quality. I think I’ll be using it frequently to relax. I’ve been planning to upgrade my home entertainment room, and when I finally do, I’ll consider buying a few more seats to combine with this one. I imagine our entertainment room might become the most popular room in the house then.

Overall a good product; it shipped quick beating the expected time range (although FedEx did split up the shipment). Each char comes in a separate box. The boxes did take a beating in shipment but to my surprise there was no damage.Assembly was pretty easy I think it’s best if you have two people, but could be done by one. With two people assembly took around 30-40 mins for 4 chairs. These chairs do not connect together, this was not an issue for me as these were going on carpet. I would be concerned if it was on my hardwood.Chairs are comfortable and value for what we paid was worth it.I’ll update as time progresses.

I like these a lot. The material feels good and the features are great. One thing I would have liked is the ability to lower the back rest without having to lift the foot rest. In home position, the back is a bit too upright for me. I'd like to be able to sit, but lay back a little. One of the plastic clip retainers for the eletrical connection from the back rest to the seat was broken on delivery. It falls out easily if not clipped into place. I don't see any option to replace parts only or request a new one. Tip: The instructions for assembly are inside the arm rest. I would have liked to have found them before I struggled getting the back rest to connect to the seat. The memory button isn't intuitive. In order to set, put your seat into the position you want, then press the memory button once quickly. Return to home, then press and hold the memory button for a couple seconds and it will assume the saved position. I would have expected the opposite: the memory set to be the long hold and callback a short press. All in all, I'm happy so far having these only a few days.

I purchased 2 rows of the theater chairs for our new theater , we are very happy with the chairs and the theater looks beautiful, customer service was excellent and provide us great service and guidance. The chair are very comfortable and everyone that visit our house are impressed with the chairs and how nice they are .

This is a quality product. I would highly recommend the product as well as Comfiroom. We called customer service to request hardware to join our loveseat. They immediately called us back and they were more than helpful. Buy this product, cannot recommend Comfiroom more highly.

The media could not be loaded. Very disappointed!I had a high hopes for this should’ve known with only 20 review's. First of all, I did not find any contact information for customer service for this item. I wanted to double check with him before leaving negative feedback. The arms are very loose. Would’ve wanted to know if they were damaged and shipping or that’s just the way this thing is. Secondly the whole chair seems kind of wiggly and unstable. Otherwise the chair seems to be very comfortable and the mechanical mechanisms work quietly and smoothly. The armrest lids are held open by some type of spring mechanism that limits the access through the storage compartment. The memory function switch works sporadically if at all. The charging port are pretty much useless because of limited space for the plugs.

The furniture is comfortable and works as advertised. Love the features—lighting-adjustable headrests and removable trays are nice. Easy to put together. Push button recline features are very nice.
