Excellent product and price, used the nfc a couple of times and works as it should. Not the quietest of machines but once used to the controls is easy to use.Can't say anything bad about it as does its job well. The 1600 spin isn't as good at getting the water out as my old machine, but that packed up after 3 years.For the price you won't find better.The drum seems a little smaller than my last one so you can't wash 8 Kg on any wash cycle.But its economical, looks great and so far does what it should.

Two elements here. The "smart" bit first. That's a zero stars across the board. Candy have produced the worst, most useless app possible - even they admit it doesn't work, so the reviews saying otherwise? Go figure... Won't register, won't connect and unless your phone is over 5 years old it cannot connect under NFC protocols!The machine - it's great by itself. It washes well, not noisy, easyy to plumb in. Doesn't come with spanner to remove drum bolts, so you'll need your own. I've reviewed the machine, which is good enough to warrant purchasing. If you think you can remote-wash from work, forget it. That bit is rubbish.

This model was made in 2017 is probably 6 or 7 years old now works perfectly it wash amazing it spins amazing we had no problem with it. It Is nosey but only when it spins a lot but we don't mind sometimes it also jump sometime but not that much but it's really amazing tho

Super happy with my new washing machine!It is a smart machine, clothes leave it almost dry.Simple to use and it has a great option of 14 min wash, if clothes are not so dirty.Had it for over a month now, so far so good.Very strong spin, reasonably quiet comparing to others.Had an Indesit before this one, and never again, it only lasted 2 years.

Great washing machine with a lot of extras such as smart touch app for smart phones, brilliant and easy to install and use. Very cost efficient and almost silent running. Brill for dedicated and everyday usage.

Lovely washing Machine But had a call out after3 week as the washing machine motor is copper so they put a Different one in different one in and now and it’s ok. The spin is ok but don’t drain the clothes well.

Came 24 hours after I ordered it. Easy to install. Within 2 hours of delivery had my first wash in. Easy to use. Fantastic value for money. Had it a few weeks now and no problems. Has a handy quick 59 minute cycle

Extremely poor quality issue's from the start, not draining properly, 1600spin???? Wash then 3 separate Drain Spins before even fit for Tumble dryer/Clothes line, electronics (Lights/cycles glitching) and now the rubber seal around the drum has failed and it's leaking, delivered and installed end of August, reporting to Amazon has also been a let down, I have to contact an engineering company to come inspect, they were to take 48hrs to come back sadly that was last week still no word.Really am disappointed with the product and Amazon on this one, their customer service used to be fantastic hope this is not a new policy for managing faulty products/customer care.
