I like this very well except I think the magnets could be a little stronger. While this has not fallen off my uniform it definitely moves a lot which does not make the uniform look good. So unless your constantly checking on it or someone tells you good change it’s not straight as when you put it on.

The backing is barely glued on. Very poor quality. Don’t waste your time or money.
