I will give two ratings: seller and product. The seller deserves a 1/5...... 1. Terrible customer service. "Nana", is the name used, didn't even bother to reply to a message I sent 3 weeks ago inquiring about the bench. 2. Shipped the item Purolator Ground; it took 7 days to arrive (not 2-days Prime). 3. Instead of explaining why it was shipped that way; I was told just to refuse delivery and have it returned if I'm not happy with the delivery time. This person / company can learn a few things from our friends overseas who customer service us to death. And now the bench....I would give it a 6/5 if I could. The quality is far beyond what I expected. There are no flaws in the workmanship. It works in all positions perfectly. I've used it 3 times so far and the quality of the padding and cover is exceptional and it was sturdy ! - No wobbling. The padding is firm; and it should be otherwise it would be flat as a pancake quickly; like what I see at the gym. It's very firm to hold up after extensive usage, but not so firm that it feels like your sitting on a wooden board. The covering is non-slip with a matte finish. The piping and stitching is flawless. It's great if you have a small condo/space. Also note in my pictures that the finish is a textured silver/black powder coating. This will resist scratches better than the smooth grey pictured by the seller. The fabric and finish makes this bench look much more expensive than $85. I also added a picture showing the measurement of the bench folded without the leg attachment (Approx. 8") It also comes fully assembles; only the leg attachment needs to be put on.

Note: the 5 stars rating is based on the quality and what I knowingly got for the price I paid! I’ve been very happy with this workout bench and it fits my needs really well. I’m 5'8" and fit on it comfortably, with enough support for the way I train at home. The bench feels sturdy and stable during use, and I like that it gives me incline and flat positions for a good range of exercises. It does not go into a decline position, so that’s worth noting if you specifically want that option. The padding is semi comfortable, the frame feels solid, and the bench has been easy to fold and move when I need to rearrange my space. Overall, it’s a practical, well-built bench that works great for home workouts and feels like a good value for the price. A few additional details that may help: The bench is compact enough for a home gym setup. It works well for presses, dumbbell work, and other basic strength exercises. The adjustable angle settings make it more versatile than a fixed bench. For the footprint and price, it feels like a very solid option for everyday training. It has a fabric handle between the seat and back so you can easily move it around

Seller has escalated the shipment earlier by few days which is much appreciated as they know customer experience is important. The product itself is sturdy however we should expect the legs support if attached to the body, you are not able to fold it properly. I'm 5'5" which 1/4 of my head is not resting on the bench when we sit upright 90 deg angle
