I received this product and used it after work outs and in between meals. I found that if you use a blender ball it breaks it down but there is chunks like most other shakes if you let it sit for awhile. My best results was mixed with water and some crushed ice, blended in my ninja blender. I would let it sit for a little after blending so the foam disappears. When blended in my ninja I found that there are less chances for chunks. Other than the chunks; I was able to get some results after about four weeks, going to the gym four times a week and doing absolutely no cardio. Everyone's body reacts different to different products so it's all about user preference

I've been using this product for about five years . I was buying the product from cost go up until recently that I discovered that it's available on Amazon ❤️❤️❤️ I am a 73-year-old male who works out regularly with kettle bells , I drink a shake every day with a handful of blueberries and a banana the muscle milk provide me with the energy and protein I need for the full day .

Tasty, reasonable price
I admit, I haven't tried a lot of the Muscle Milk flavors, and it has been a long time since I have had any other one. With that said though, I enjoy this one a lot. I use it mostly for a meal replacement in the morning. 8oz of regular almond milk, one scoop of this, and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter, shake drink, enjoy. No complaints. And all at a decent price I believe.

Was hoping it would taste a little better. Think I'll go back to chocolate. Keeps me up a couple hours a night if I take later in the day. I'm not a big lifter. Just do some pushups. So can't really say much about muscle gains. Noticed more endurance last time I went dirt biking.

Love the cookies and cream flavor. My only gripe is that finding the scoop can be really hard when opening for the first time. Not enough of a problem to ding it to 4 stars.
