I really love these gummies. They taste really and they convenient. I purchased them specifically for their high GABA content (750mg per serving) but they also contain several other relaxing ingredients. These taste like real fruit and are pectin based with good ingredients. The bottle contains a 30 day supply and the price is good. I take these at night about an hour before I am going to go to bed and they help me feel relaxed and well rested.

These gummies have more than just GABA in them. There are actually 6 main ingredients, and this formula caused me an IBS flareup. Probably the magnesium that caused it, and I do not understand why they would add magnesium to a GABA supplement.As far as other factors that were important to me: GMP logo on the bottle inspires extra confidence, and the company name and address is listed on the bottle. Taste was pleasant.Due to my IBS flareup I would not reorder myself.

I have taken GABA to support sleep and stress relief before so I thought I would try these. There is a lot of good research out there on magnesium as well for things like mental health. These taste good despite being sugar free.

These are a yummy gummy, nice flavor and a nice way to end the day! I found them effective as advertised.

I really like that these also contain L theanine and magnesium, and that they're sugar-free. They're quite tasty, and don't irritate my stomach or teeth.
