It works
I add this to smoothies or banana custard or put it in capsules. Take three teaspoons a day, one in my morning smoothie and one in another smoothie in the afternoon and in capsules in the evening. I feel more energetic when I've taken it and my mind is clearer. It doesn't taste of anything so that's good when adding it to smoothies. Tends to float in water so hence putting it in smoothies. So I'm pleased with it thus far.

Tastes absolutely vile
I had this in my favoured water and it was absolutely vile. It made me gag and I couldn’t finish it. The taste is so revolting. I have no idea how anyone could actually take this consistently.
