Useful item for your medicine cabinet.
I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and left hip and suffer from sciatica as well, and as I'm on my own a spray is a lot easier to use on my back than a gel/cream. It is good for general muscular aches and pains, but not enough to cope with with osteoarthritis unfortunately. The smell is rather strong for me though, so I have to take a deep breath, spray, get out of the bathroom quickly, close the door... and exhale.
