My wife has had this product less than 6 months and, like any nail file, the discs tend to wear out. I have emailed REVLON who say that they did not make this machine and referred me to HELEN OF TROY, the manufacturer/ distributor. But even they do not supply spare discs/file heads and say, basically, when the file heads wear out, throw it all away. NEVER AGAIN
