Extremely bright
This fishing light is extremely bright and casts a green glow. It is not necessary to hook this light to a battery. It has a regular plug. I can connect it right to the outlet on my dock. It is a little on the expensive side, but to be fair, I have never seen a better underwater fishing light.

Junk that will not last (Save your money)
The media could not be loaded. Absolute garbage. Purchased on 11/12/24, started having issues in January ‘25. Individual LED’s started to fail, reducing light output. They are almost completely dim.Both units leaked and were not sealed properly. Don’t waste your money on this product. It will fail. The quality appears to be good for the $150 price tag but it’s not. They will leak and fail. Save your money.

Its going to great
UPDATE:Took this out 2 nights ago and this light is super bright. It cast light all around the boat. I had it about 5 feet below the surface.This appears to be a great underwater fishing light. It says not to run it out of the water, so I put it in a bucket of water to test it. It was so bright that I didn't really want to look in the bucket for any length of time. One of my concerns was that it says that it's a usable in kayaks and boats. However, it runs on 110v AC. I went ahead and ordered it because I have a power pack that I can take on my boat with me if needed. Once I got it' as I suspected the power supply to the lamp that's built into the cord takes the 110v AC and converts it to 12v DC. I was able to replace that with a 12v DC plug that I can plug into my cigarette lighter plugs on my boat. It appears that the AC power supply for it is very efficient because running in AC mode it runs it pulls 55 watts and also in 12 Volt mode it pulls 55 watts. I took off one star because it said that it can work well with kayaks and boats, yet I had to get an additional plug too make that happen. It would be nice if they had an option to order either 12v plug in or a 110v plug, whichever you prefer. Other than that I think this is going to be a great fishing light.
