A good product overall. Did not use the waste provided - felt flimsy. We improvised and bought our own McAlpine waste trap and grinded the top cover down to size. Has a good gradient fall too. Came with everything needed. Tanking paste, tanking tape, brush, roller etc. Would purchase again if needed. Bathroom fitter was pretty impressed with it at the price it was.

Good value and quality

I ordered this shower base to try it out. I’m not sure if it was the plumber, Tiler or a missing top tray but when we were finished the top plate was missing. I emailed the NassBoards and they sent a replacement. This is a great product, easy to install and wonderful customer service. Thank you guys!

The kit I received had been opened, turns out they had replaced parts in the kit with another brand and other parts were missing (which were sent out to me later after contacting the seller), when you purchase this brand that's what you should receive not a made up kit of different brands.The corners combined with the tanking paint (as per the instructions) were useless, they would not stick down, they just bubbled and would not form a seal, I ended up throwing them away and making do with the self adhesive strip,I would have returned this item but when you are paying someone to do the work you don't have much choice than to make good.The tray itself was fine as was the trap, the brushes supplied were cheap rubbish and shed bristles to the point I had to stop and buy another brush,Very disappointed, I definitely would not recommend this item.
