Magic Cabin Wooden Indoor Climbing Dome

We were so excited to get this dome for our kids (ages 4 and 2.5). We ordered at the end of October and it’s been in our home since (9 months). It was great and the kids have loved it but it has started to fall apart. The hardware comes apart easily and we regularly find the bolts laying on the floor and even pieces that were shipped glued together have started to come apart. I contacted Magic Cabin and they told me they couldn’t do anything since I bought through amazon. Something to keep in mind I guess. Anyway, this purchase has been disappointing for as much as it cost. :(Update: after navigating through amazon messages, Magic Cabin has offered either a full replacement or a full refund.

I am a mother of an autistic toddler who climbs non stop. This has been a LIFE SAVER!! He absolutely loves it. Very affordable for such a great piece of equipment. Husband put it together within half an hour

I bought this in November for my son's Christmas so we didn't open right away. I didn't notice the other reviews until after I had bought it and was so worried it was going to be hard to put together. I started second guessing my decision to buy this bc of the reviews about putting it together. Im so glad i kept it instead of returning. My husband started putting it together Christmas eve and it took him all of 45 minutes, max. Yes, he had to use a little muscle at times but not much. It wasn't difficult at all to put together. I was surprised how quick he did it considering the other reviews. I am not sure what issues others could have possibly had putting it together. It was easy for him to do. So don't let that stop you from buying this. This thing is awesome. The quality is great too. If i could change something on it, I would have liked for it to be a bit taller. But that's it. This is a great product and the kids love it.

Looks beautiful and perfect height for children under 5. Assembly requires some trial and error when lining up the dowels to insert and secure with hardware. Allen wrench included was not usable as it had what seemed to be "melted" ends and would not grab into hardware. Test drive starts tomorrow! - Krystina
