Neo Food Baking Electric Stand Mixer 5L 6 Speed Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl 800W (Black)

I bought this because I struggle holding whisks and tire easy with mixing. I bought this thinking that creaming my butter and sugar would be fantastic! How wrong was I! It got stuck in the whisk and I had to several times remove the attachment to clean. I changed to another attachment which didn’t seem to do much of anything. The ingredients were stuck on the sides and I had to scrape down the bowl. For someone like me with disabilities I found this too noisy and confused on why this is called a mixer when it clearly doesn’t. I am giving this a 3 star just because it was the first time in using such a machine and I don’t know if I’m doing it correctly.

Bought this for the mother in law. Still waiting for invite of a cuppa tea and cake!!!! Lets hope she knows how to use it. She normally buys them in a box!!!

The item in the box nice and shines rather well, but miss leading as the accessories are coated to make them look like aluminium, until you try to clean and the coating peels off, the standard boom whisk is amazing but the paddle and the hook have the coating on them, under no circumstances put this into a dishwasher or the guard neither, over all the item works well, iv used it for several things, bread, pastry, cakes. Does have a spring action release for the attachments which is a old style, flour, sugar etc gets stuck and it’s difficult to clean this area.

I have edited my previous review as it's clear the unit was faulty, and replaced without fuss by the manufacturer.The replacement unit appears to work very well, having used it a handful of times - the mixing is strong, with the right variety of controls and unlike my first model, has fairly quiet operation.So far so good.

I’ve always wanted one of these mixes and wasn’t disappointed, I love it! The only down side is the knobs and level are a bit cheap looking but I’m still happy with it! ☺️☺️
