The product had been posted in a padded envelope. the flap was open on delivery. Only one cartridge was inside. Had the envelope been sealed correctly? I doubt it. But life isn't long enough to chase this up! Just a mental note not to use this supplier again. No problem with the product.

I am happy with this product, it is difficult to actually get the correct cartridge for my printer online. Well done to this supplier, for getting it right first time.
