I've been researching a variety of protein powders, and I think I've finally found the winner! Love Truvani protein powders. As someone with food sensitivities, I love that these protein powders don't upset my stomach. They are high quality, organic and contain few ingredients - all with names you can read and understand. The product is third party tested as well which is important as many protein powders are showing high levels of lead - especially plant based ones. I use it in smoothies and plain dairy free yogurt for a protein boost, and I find it mixes well and isn't chalky. I deducted one star for the flavor on this one. It's not awful but not amazing and tastes a little fake to me. I feel like the chocolate flavors aren't rich enough and can be a little too sweet which is what I found here. I love the vanilla, vanilla chai and banana cinnamon flavors the most (odd because I usually loathe banana flavoring, but this is actual banana; it's great). The biggest con is the price here. They are quality but the price feels a little high. The company does run specials every so often though. If you are new to Truvani, I highly recommend the variety pack, so you can see which flavors you like the best.

It only requires 1 scoop but there are 18 servings and the scoop is pretty big. So it is pricey. However, there are only 5 ingredients and NO artificial sweeteners - no Stevia - no Erythritol - so no after taste! I use Oat Milk and add 4-5 frozen strawberries which naturally sweetens it and the Oat Milk makes it thicker - like a strawberry shake! I can't comment on the effects because I have only had 2 servings. Will consider subscribing.

This protein powder is surprisingly good! So far I've had the vanilla chai and lemon cookie. My favorite is the lemon cookie because the flavor is very mild and light. The downside is that it is more expensive than most proteins - but it is the cleaner option. I may not buy routinely due to the price, but I do recommend if you can budget for it!

Es la mejor proteína que he probado, esa mezcla de sabores entre chocolate y fresa sabe espectacular. He estado usando la de chocolate y no es tan rica como esta. Se debe batir muy bien, la mezclo con leche de almendra y bastante hielo y le agrego un poquito de cafe, la tomo después de entrenar y me mantiene llena por horas. La compraré mientras la tengan. I really was looking forward to this since it only has 5 ingredients, not a lot of sugar and organic. The taste is really good, but I forgot to check for comments about texture. I used my smoothie setting on my Ninja and it was very gritty. I ran it thru the cycle again and it didn't change the grit level. I'll try to come up with other things to try with it to see if I can get the grit down to a minimum because I am really looking forward to this being my "go to" protein powder.

I bought the chocolate flavor of the protein powder. It has a nice flavor when mixed with almond milk and a good texture. It’s thick but not too thick. I was looking for a protein powder with few ingredients and this ended up being a great option. I will be buying it again! It seems like a good price for getting a high quality product.
