Cool system!
This sound system is very easy to set up. It can be controlled with app. The sound system fills the whole room with its sound and feels like a cinema. The audio is clear and bass is deep. For this price, it definitely s worth every penny and more. I use it with my projector and there is huge difference in my experience as voice from projector is coming from behind and quality of voice from projectors is not great. So, my experience has been great and I will definitely recommend it!

A Beginner’s Gateway to Surround Sound
For under £100, it delivers a fair performance, packed with versatility and enough features to justify its price tag. While it won’t blow audiophiles away, it’s a solid pick for those looking for affordability without sacrificing too much quality.First impressions count, and this sound system sets itself apart with its input options. Whether you’re connecting via optical, aux, Bluetooth, or the dedicated app, it makes setup a breeze. The app itself is intuitive, offering an additional layer of control that’s especially handy when you’re tweaking settings to suit your environment. Though it might seem a bit complex initially, a little patience reveals just how user-friendly it is.When it comes to sound quality, the subwoofer steals the show. Its deep, rich bass gives movies, music, and games a satisfying kick that punches above its price range. However, the surround speakers feel comparatively underpowered. They do the job for casual listening and entry-level setups but lack the immersive depth you’d expect from higher-end systems. Placement is key here—spend some time setting these up properly, and you’ll coax out a surprisingly good performance for the cost.Bluetooth connectivity is reliable, and streaming from your phone or TV works seamlessly. The virtual surround sound does a fair job of simulating a larger soundstage, though it’s not quite as dynamic as true surround systems. Still, for a budget sound system, it meets expectations.Build quality is decent, and the setup process is straightforward despite the multiple components. It’s beginner-friendly and ideal for those looking to dip their toes into home theatre audio without breaking the bank.

Loving this. Better than my Sonos Playbar at a fraction of the price
I've never had a 5.1 set up before so wasn't sure what to expect. The soundbar is much smaller than my Sonos playbar so I wasn't expecting much. But with the sub-woofer and rear surround speakers, wow, the experience is next level. So I am not at all techie. This is very simple to set up. Do not be afraid! You can choose between connecting to your TV by optical cable if you have that output, or audio jack, or bluetooth only. The optical connection plugs don't seem to insert fully, thankfully the very clear instruction manual warns you not to try to jam the plugs in or you will break them. But this means if you move your soundbar around for dusting, etc, just check to see the optical plug hasn't disconnected. So the only problem I had with set-up was the surround speakers would not pair with the soundbar. I tried all the fixes in the lefalet and on their very clear and helpful website. I think the issue was distance between the two. Once I did a factory reset (just press reset on the remote control) and started it all up again with the surround speakers next to the soundbar, everything connected.Sound is excellent. Obviously not what a much larger set up could produce, but really makes watching films more immersive. I love the surround sound effect. I have these back speakers set to maximum. You can adjust bass, mid and treble easily.Much easier to understand speech in films - though I still keep the sub-titles on!Remote is clear and intuitive.Customer Service is fast and responsive. I asked if I could keep my Sonos playbar connected AND add this, but apparently the TV will only allow one audio output so that is not an option.Things to note. You need AAA batteries for the remote control, if using.Overall, a great experience. Very good value for the money. Way to get a special tv experience without breaking the bank. Get the popcorn ready.Happy camper.Hope that helps!

solid system
The sound quality is very good, with clear audio and deep bass that makes watching movies or listening to music much more enjoyable. The virtual surround sound gives a great immersive effect, making me feel like I'm in a cinema. The setup was simple, and I appreciate that it comes with an app for easy control, which allows me to adjust the settings right from my phone. The 250W peak power provides plenty of volume, and the surround speakers do a good job of filling the room with sound.

Good entry set but bass too strong and don't like the general settings
The setting up is incredibly easy and the side speakers did connect immediately and with no issues. The overall sound of the system is good for the price but particularly the bass frequency is way too strong from the get go. I like the surround effect when compared to my budget tv speakers but the soundbar does not automatically turn off with the TV so it is either a bit energy wasteful or needs powering ON/OFF when needed. I also would like to have some pre-set volume levels since depending what program I am listening I often find myself reaching for the remote to slowly go trough the volume level one step at the time
