I honestly really like it and it was so worth the money replacing the ugly old belt I had.

While it doesn't have metal plates, the silver-grey plates look much better than the imprinted and painted ones on the cheaper belt. Its a costume piece. It's not a screen accurate, production made item but for a fun addition to your star wars cosplay it's perfect. It has the ability to be upgraded if you wanted to by adding metal plates to the leather. I may do that just because I'm an over achiever but it is actually fine without it. The quality is worth the price. It's not perfect by any means but you couldn't buy the materials to make it for that little and I don't know about you but my sewing skills wouldn't have been near as exact. I recommend it to anyone wanting to have a fun costume piece at hand.
