Banging bangers
The sausages are so full of flavour without being herby or peppery the skin on them forms a perfect crispy banger when cooked in the oven or air fryer, not tried grilling or frying these as they are so meaty and big. Flavour of these is how sausages USED to be a long time ago before all the additives made it on the scene

The best sausage on the market
These are the best gluten free sausages on the market in my opinion. The skin are a bit tough but that does not bother me. They are the only sausages that when you cook them they are the same size as when you started and lots of water and fat has not come up - just full of meat and also gluten free. My favourite.

These are sometimes hard to find, and thus, we buy them whenever we can, from wherever we can. And that’s probably the best recommendation I can give.In terms of taste, they’re close to butchers sausages, but in a pack. They don’t have a strong sense of anything else that contrasts, like peppers, or herbs etc. They’re just really nice
